How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of endpoints (servers, workstations, containers) that have AARSM agents installed. This includes both active and dormant agents. We offer volume discounts for large deployments.
What's included in the free trial?
The 30-day free trial includes full access to all features in the Professional plan, including real-time blocking, policy management, and email/phone support. No credit card required to start.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise customers receive complimentary implementation assistance and custom policy development as part of their package.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences in pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can request invoicing with NET 30 terms.
